Rosen’s Perfect Pizza

Rosen’s dedication to providing exceptional guest service and anticipating hospitality trends also aligns with his interest in offering healthful food options to associates and guests. The perfect example is Rosen’s Perfect Pizza—a low-fat, low-sodium pizza with a honey whole-wheat crust and zero grams of trans fat. Created by Rosen and his chefs, the pizza is available to associates and sold to guests of his hotels. All profits from the sale of his pizzas go to the Rosen Scholarship Foundation, which provides college scholarships to deserving local public school students.
