With President & COO Harris Rosen setting the example through donations of time and money, company associates are given opportunities to give back and are proud to support those in need in their backyard and throughout the world.
Rosen associates are encouraged to get out among the community and to give back. It’s not unusual to find an associate reading to children at a local school, serving as a volunteer for a fundraising event or spending a Saturday collected canned goods for those in need. Directors, Managers and Supervisors learn the importance of volunteering during one of the company’s quarterly leadership seminars. They are then asked to participate in several community projects during the year.
